Getting Started

Moving forward, your account and support will transition to Robert Madden Industries. Our team is here to help you with ordering, account access, billing, technical support, marketing programs, and anything else you may need.

Why am I being redirected to Robert Madden Industries' website?

Robert Madden Industries has acquired AC Supply Co., and we are excited to continue serving customers with the same commitment to dependable partnerships, service, and support. As part of this transition, customers will now be directed to rmadden.com for company information, account access, online ordering, branch locations, and support resources. 

Will my current account information transfer over?

Existing customer account information will be reviewed and transferred as part of the onboarding process. If you have questions about your account, please contact your local RMI branch or sales representative. 

Will I still work with the same people? 

Our goal is to provide continuity. In many cases, customers may continue working with familiar team members and receive additional support from the Robert Madden Industries team.

Accessing Your Online Account

All AC Supply website accounts have been transferred to rmadden.com. You will receive a new RMI account number by USPS and email. This communication will include your new account number and additional important account information. You will need to reset your password before you can sign in to your account. Reset password here. 

If you do not have a website account with AC Supply, you can create a new online shopper account using the attached link.

Effective Immediately

The Arlington, North Fort Worth, and Westside locations will remain open. The Downtown Page Ave. location is closed effective immediately, and all open orders will be transferred to the Arlington location for delivery or pickup. Your Territory Manager will work with you on any specific requests or order needs. With this acquisition, Robert Madden Industries will now serve the DFW market with five locations, including the three AC Supply Co. locations listed above, as well as our existing Grand Prairie and McKinney branches. AC Supply Co. customers will have access to pricing, product support, and service across all Robert Madden Industries locations.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I still visit the same branch location?

Yes, you will still have access to the AC Supply Co. in Arlington, N. Fort Worth, and Westside. We will be closing the downtown branch on Page Avenue, effective May 8th. In addition to the AC Supply Co. locations, you will also have access to the Robert Madden Industries Grand Prairie and McKinney locations.

 

 

 

 

Do you offer technical support and training? 

Yes. Robert Madden Industries has a directed Technical Support Group that provides technical support and education for HVAC dealers and customers. The team brings more than 150 years of combined HVAC experience and is factory-certified to support service and installation training across RMI's product offerings.

Can I still place orders online? 

Yes. Customers can place orders online through rmadden.com. 

If you currently have an AC Supply Co. online account, your account will automatically transfer to rmadden.com. Before signing in for the first time, you will need to reset your password using this link: https://rmadden.com/Identity/Account/ForgotPassword

If you do not currently have an online account with AC Supply Co. or Robert Madden Industries and would like to create one, please use the link below to request a new shopper account: https://www.rmadden.com/Identity/Account/NewShopper 

 

What will my billing, payments, and pricing look like? 

Invoices issued on or after May 11 will be issued by Robert Madden Industries, Ltd. Customer statements will also reflect RMI branding, invoice numbers, and remittance instructions moving forward. Your online payment portal will be available as of May 11, 2026. This portal is designed to make bill payments easier and more efficient for RMI customers. The online payment portal offers a fast, secure, and convenient way to view and pay open invoices directly through rmadden.com. View the FAQ document for more payment details.

Will product lines or brands change? 

Robert Madden Industries offers a strong lineup of LG and Day & Night equipment, parts, supplies, and tools. Any updates to available brands or product offerings will be communicated as the transition moves forward. 

Will pricing change? 

Customer pricing will be transitioned into the Robert Madden Industries system and will match current pricing levels. Once set up, pricing will be available across all 24 RMI locations.
