Robert Madden Industries' customer base is primarily Air Conditioning & Heating Contracting and Service Companies. Customers include contractors who install or repair residential systems and some who install
and maintain large systems in commercial applications. Robert Madden Industries also serves customers such as, Property Management, School Districts, Cities, Counties, State and Federal Agencies, Hospitals,
Colleges and Universities, Housing Authorities, etc.
Two Types of Accounts
RMI offers two types of accounts in order to serve our customers.
We offer a Commercial Credit Account (30 day charge account), and a Cash Sale Account (pay at the time of purchase or delivery).
If you prefer to establish a Cash Sale Account in your business' name, complete the Cash Sale Account Information form. If you wish to apply for a Credit Account, complete our standard Commercial Credit
Application. Also, a Tax Resale Certificate, and a Tax Exemption Certificate are provided below, whichever may be applicable.

Return Your Forms
For Cash Sale Accounts, completed forms can be dropped-off at any of our sales branches or faxed to the numbers indicated on each form in order to expedite processing. If applying for a Credit Account, the
original of the Commercial Credit Application along with the appropriate tax form must be mailed to the address shown on the form.
If you are a contractor, all of the information requested regarding license and certificates must be completed as the sale of HVAC Equipment and Refrigerants is regulated by State and Federal Law.
