Training Policy

Registration: Registration will be done via this website by going to the Training Calendar or follow the links listed under the TRAINING tab at the top right of this screen. Once there, select the course and complete the registration form carefully. The information provided will be used to create your certificate of completion. Tuition fee covers cost of course and related materials. It does not include meals, housing, or transportation unless specifically noted. These costs are the responsibility of the student.

Registration for each session is first come first serve.

Register early to assure your session selection.
Preregistration is required no later than 2 weeks prior to the scheduled start date.

Class Hours: Courses begin promptly at scheduled time DAILY. Do not make travel departure arrangements before end of class.

What to wear: Business Casual

Cancellation: Cancellations must be received ten working days prior to class start date or the full course fee will be charged. Substitutions may be made at any time up to the beginning of class.

Robert Madden Industries reserves the right to cancel classes.
Class is subject to cancellation if minimum class size in not achieved.

Lodging: Rooms and meals are available at motels and restaurants convenient to the Training Center.
